C&C Management
C&C Management oversees the day-to-day operations of approximately 2,300 residential units, most of which have been funded through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Our property management expertise meets the diverse needs of residents, the local community, government and financing agencies, and property owners.
