L+M Development Partners has its own construction arm, L+M Builders Group LLC. Together with its affiliates, L+M Builders Group has built and renovated thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space throughout the New York metropolitan area.
We have experience in the most complex construction projects—from conceptual planning, through design, value engineering and construction to occupancy. L+M Builders Group has a team of approximately 50 professionals that include engineers, project executives, project managers, project supervisors and expeditors, as well as top-level executives with over 20 years of building and construction management experience, many coming to us from other major construction firms.
L+M Builders Group has built new construction developments, from mid to high-rise structures, as well as transformed abandoned and unsightly buildings into attractive, affordable multi-family dwellings. We have restored a number of landmark buildings with faithful attention to historic detail. As a result, several of our projects have earned Municipal Arts and Conservancy Awards.
