The Harlem Genesis project consists of three separate building sites in West Harlem. Acquired through the HPD’s Cornerstone Program, these sites include 86 mixed income rental units and approximately 3,450 square feet of community facility space at 119th and 2,900 of commercial space at Frederick Douglass.
