Harlem River Point will be located on the east side of Park Avenue, north of 131st Street.  The development will provide just over 300 new mixed-income units serving very-low to moderate-income households.  The project will also include a 10,000SF day care center, 2,500SF of retail space as well as common green space for residents.  Construction commenced in 2011.
