The Columbia Hicks development is a mixed income development offering both for-sale and rental units. It is located in the Columbia Street District in Brooklyn – just south of Atlantic Avenue on the Brooklyn waterfront. The site was previously occupied by obsolete manufacturing buildings. The project consists of 148 residential units – 54 for-sale units and 94 rental units. Construction began in Fall 2008 and Columbia Hicks is anticipated to open for occupancy in 2010.
