Part of L+M's commitment to redevelopment in the South Bronx, this project will be a mixed-use development at 3100 Third Avenue between Third Avenue, East 158th Street and Brook Avenue in Melrose Commons. The eight-story rental building will include 108 residences, approximately 1,246 square feet of community space, 8,990 square feet of retail space and 40 parking spaces. The residences will be affordable to middle, moderate, and low-income families. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2009.
