54Bristol Street/445 Hopkinson Avenue, Brooklyn, NY The Beacon
The Beacon will be a mixed income residential development located at 54 Bristol Street and 445 Hopkinson Avenue in Brooklyn. The site is a 38,624 square foot lot in the Brownsville community. The proposed development consists of two, seven-story buildings, totalling 104,285 square feet. The development will contain 168 residential units and approximately 25 parking spaces. Apartments will be rented to households with a broad range of incomes from 40% to 90% of area median income. Construction began in Summer 2008 and The Beacon is anticipated to open for occupancy in Spring 2010.
