Cook Street is a mixed use development comprised of two buildings at 9 and 21 Cook Street in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. These two buildings contain a total of 152 affordable rental apartments, approximately 6,400 square feet of retail space, and 94 parking spaces. Residential units include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. All of these units will be rented to low-income families. Construction was completed in 2009.
