Palmer's Dock is a six-story mixed use development that provides 113 units of affordable rental housing in Brooklyn. The project contains approximately 17,000 square feet of retail space. Flanking the market rate project known as Northside Piers (along Kent Avenue between North 4th and North 5th Streets), Palmer's Dock is part of the first major development on the Greenpoint-Williamsburg waterfront approved under the expanded Inclusionary Bonus program initiated by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Palmer’s Dock opened for occupancy in 2008. It was awarded a Development of Distinction designation by the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits.
